We get it. You ordered it, now you want it. We aim to get your order packed and shipped within 2-6 business days from our U.S. facility. After that, it’s out of our hands and off to you. Delivery times vary based on your location, but we generally expect it to arrive within 7-10 days. No frantic tracking necessary.

Our policy is simple. If we messed up, we’ll fix it—no sweat.

🔹 Received a misprint, damaged, or defective item?

No worries! Send us an email at info@gen-x-threads.com within 30 days with a photo and order details, and we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund—free of charge!

🔹 Ordered the wrong size?
We highly recommend checking the size chart before ordering. We’re not your mom, so we won't hold your hand, but we can help you fix it:

  1. Email us within 5 days to start the return process.
  2. Send the item back (unworn, unwashed, in original packaging) at your expense.
  3. Include your original packing slip and provide a tracking number and send us the info. Once we receive it we will refund your original purchase price, less the shipping cost.
  4. Place a new order for the correct size whenever you’re ready.

🔹 Changed your mind?
We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, so be sure to review all product details before purchasing. 
That being said, we do want you to be happy with your order. If you are unhappy with our product, for any reason, please reach out and we will make every attempt to make it right!

Refund & Replacement Timeline:

Refunds: Approved claims are processed within 1 business day, with funds typically appearing within 3-5 days.
Replacements: Shipped within 3-7 business days plus transit time.
